Denver, Colorado
Denver runs on city sewer, so our septic work sits on the unincorporated county land around the city. Inside Denver, the work is grease traps for commercial kitchens.
Denver, Colorado
Denver proper is a sewer city. The City and County of Denver collects wastewater through Denver Water and Metro Water Recovery, so a home inside city limits almost never has a septic tank. If you searched for septic service in Denver and you live in Park Hill, Berkeley, Wash Park, or any standard city neighborhood, the odds are very high that your problem is a sewer line or a plumbing clog rather than a septic system.
That does not mean there is no septic work in the Denver market. It means the work sits just outside the city line. Unincorporated Adams County to the north and east, unincorporated Arapahoe County to the southeast, and unincorporated Jefferson County to the west all carry properties on onsite wastewater treatment systems, and many of those owners give a Denver mailing address. Those tanks need pumping, inspection, repair, and permits like any rural system.
The other half of our Denver work is commercial, and it is the bigger half. Denver runs one of the densest restaurant scenes in the Mountain West. Every commercial kitchen on Larimer, Federal, Colfax, South Broadway, and RiNo runs a grease trap or an in ground interceptor, and every one of them has to be pumped on a schedule and documented for inspection. That is straightforward work we do every week.
We are family owned and based in Westminster, about twenty minutes from downtown. Tell us the address and what you are seeing, and we will tell you honestly whether this is a septic job, a grease trap job, or something you should hand to a sewer contractor instead.
