Learn more about Grease Trap Cleaning
We run scheduled grease trap service for Denver restaurants and commercial kitchens: recurring intervals set to your grease load, documentation left after every visit, after hours scheduling so service is never interrupted, and one point of contact across multiple locations. Cleaning, pumping, and interceptor installation are all handled by the same crew, so nothing gets handed off between vendors. If you are choosing a grease vendor, this page covers what the program looks like.
Restaurant grease trap service Restaurant grease trap service is a recurring cleaning and documentation program built around a kitchen's hours, menu, and trap size. Each visit empties the interceptor and records the service for the health authority.
Restaurants are asked to show service records, so keeping the paperwork is as much a part of the job as pumping the trap.
The situation
Three things decide whether a grease program works: the trap gets serviced before it passes 25 percent capacity, the visit does not collide with your service hours, and the paperwork exists when a health or wastewater inspector asks for it. A vendor that misses any one of those creates work for the operator instead of removing it.
The failure mode we see most often is a schedule set once and never revisited. A kitchen adds a lunch service, changes the menu, or grows into its trap, and the interval that worked last year now leaves grease sitting past the line. We revisit the interval based on what actually comes out of your trap.
The second failure mode is missing records. A cleaning with no documentation is difficult to prove after the fact. Every visit we run leaves a record behind so the file builds itself over time.
How the job runs
We look at the trap or interceptor, the fixtures tied to it, and your service pattern before quoting an interval.
The first visits tell us how fast you load the trap. The schedule gets set from that, then adjusted as your volume changes.
Before open, after close, or on your dark day. The kitchen keeps running and the crew stays out of the aisle.
Contents are removed, the waste is hauled to an approved disposal site, and you get a record of the date, the volume, and the crew.
If the baffle, lid, or outlet is failing, or the trap is undersized for what you are running through it, you hear it from us in writing.
Groups get the same interval logic applied per site, with one contact and consistent paperwork across every kitchen.
Why us
What it costs
Recurring service is quoted per visit based on trap size, the volume removed, access, and whether the work happens inside or outside normal hours. Multi location groups get quoted per site so you can see where the cost actually sits. Call 720-427-7557 with your locations, trap sizes, and hours, and we will put a program in front of you.
